2. Description of Services

TechPath provides IT services including web development, AI consulting, cloud services, data analytics, cybersecurity, and technical consulting. Scope is defined in individual agreements or statements of work.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to: provide accurate information; maintain confidentiality of credentials; use services lawfully; not interfere with or disrupt services; not attempt unauthorized access.

4. Intellectual Property

Content, trademarks, and materials on our site are owned by TechPath or licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute without permission.

5. Payment and Fees

Fees are as agreed in your agreement. Payment terms typically 50% upfront, 50% on completion. Late payments may incur interest.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechPath shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may terminate by ceasing use and notifying us.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
